Service calls are billed on a per call/per machine basis at $75 per visit/system.  Hardware replaced or added is an additional charge based on the cost of the hardware and will be quoted at the time of the visit.  Software can be installed only if the user has a valid license to use the software or is sold a valid copy through Silver Bullet Computer Services.   All onsite appointments are scheduled in advance and require at least 4 hours prior notification of cancelation to avoid billing.
